Welcome to Fast Lane Golf. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Service

Fast Lane Golf provides a software platform for independent golf club builders to manage build sheets, clients, and supply chain logistics. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Stripe Integration & Fees

Payment processing services for club builders on Fast Lane Golf are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. By agreeing to these Terms or continuing to operate as a builder on Fast Lane Golf, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement. Fast Lane Golf charges a 0.5% platform fee on all deposits processed through the platform.

3. Terms for Customers Paying Invoices

If you are a customer paying a deposit or invoice through Fast Lane Golf:

  • Platform Role: Fast Lane Golf acts solely as a third-party software and payment routing platform for independent club builders. We do not manufacture, assemble, or ship your custom golf clubs.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits are collected on behalf of the independent builder to procure hard materials (shafts, heads, grips) for your custom clubs. By authorizing payment, you acknowledge that this deposit is strictly non-refundable.
  • Disputes & Fulfillment: Any disputes regarding build quality, timelines, or refunds must be handled directly with your independent builder. Fast Lane Golf is not liable for the fulfillment or quality of any orders.

4. Account Responsibilities (Builders)

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that any client data you input complies with applicable privacy laws.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time without penalty or setup fees.
